Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on or through AndroidWinTool, including software licenses, credits, and services.

1. No Refund After Activation or Use

All licenses, credits, or services that have been activated, redeemed, or used in any manner are strictly non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund once the product or service is delivered or utilized, either in part or in full.

2. Non-Activated Purchases

Refund requests for unused and non-activated products must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Each request will be individually reviewed by our support team. AndroidWinTool reserves the right to deny any refund request if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Ineligible Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, partially used, or activated.
  • Customer fails to read or understand system requirements and compatibility details before purchase.
  • Customer error in purchase (e.g., purchasing the wrong product or service).
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the software or platform.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AndroidWinTool support is considered a violation of our terms. Such actions may result in suspension or termination of access to all AndroidWinTool services. We reserve the right to submit evidence to payment processors and financial institutions to defend against fraudulent claims.
